Thanks to a close-knit circle of specially selected, highly qualified and certified companies with whom we have been working for years, we are able to offer a global, turnkey service which, starting with the consultancy service and design phase develops into the realization and building of the work to a highly professional level.
The actual work on the building work site is carried out by skilled and competent staff to guarantee expert standards of realization in full compliance with safety regulations.
The main advantage that Mangili & Associati S.p.A. offers its clients is the in-house design work of the structures it builds.
Creative genius and technical genius, comparing and sharing ideas to create something quite unique.
The work is carried out in four phases: architectural design, structural and executive design, construction design and works management.
Together these four stages define in detail all the aspects of the realization of the work: from an analysis of the loads and stress that the structural elements will have to withstand to the aesthetic aspects, from static calculations to the definition of the construction details, from an analysis of the securing methods to a study of the laying and development of the work itself on the building site.
The important thing is to set out the details first to avoid having to adopt improvised solutions that are less satisfactory and less effective on the building site.
The design work not only represents the starting point which leads to the realization of a work built to professional standards;
it enables timescales and resources to be optimised, combining the various elements and functions involved with know-how and efficiency.
Once the architectural project has been completed, the structural-executive project is carried out and developed with the help of the most recent and reliable FEM calculation software and referring to an impressive archive of technical documents in full compliance with the regulations in force.
